Project managers closely monitor each phase of the project to assure accuracy and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.  Other services include full-time on-site supervision, contract administration, insurance review of all subcontractors, cost accounting, and on-site meetings with owners, architects and subcontractors. 

Upon completion of every project, the RC team will collect, approve and transmit all warrantees, as-built drawings, and equipment manuals to the project owner.
